01Who we are

02What we collect
Only what you send us through a form on this site: your name, how to reach you (a phone number, an email address or a Telegram username), your message, and the details of the car or service you ask about.
With each request we also record which form and page it came from, the language of the site, your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use the hash only to stop abuse, such as repeated automated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
03Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you go ahead, to arrange the purchase, auction bid or shipment you asked about. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
04Where it goes
Requests are stored in a database on the platform of Cloudflare, Inc., which also hosts this website. A copy of each request is sent to our team through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) so that we can reply quickly.
If we buy or ship a car for you, the parties needed to do that — for example an auction, a carrier or a customs broker — receive the details they need for that purpose.
05Cookies and local storage
This site sets one cookie, kovel_lang, only when you choose a language, to remember your choice. Your day or night theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
06How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
07Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by phone, text or Telegram. We will answer within a reasonable time.
08Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
09Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the current version.
